Wine pairing.

Why state the obvious?
Wine and food are fun but some pairings can be very challenging. My husband asked for help at Syrduks wine shop and scored a home run with this match.

Chicken roasted on the grill with oven roasted cauliflower and onions served with bagna cauda(anchovy butter).

Giacomo Vico, Langhe /Rosso, a blend of Barbera and Nebbiolo grapes.

*A match made in heaven (the wine and dinner as well).
